Orders within Taiwan typically ship out in 1-3 days, and arrive in 2–5 business days. Outlying islands may take a little longer.
Delivery times may shift during bad weather, holidays, or unexpected events.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it along.
You’ll have a 7-day appreciation period after your order arrives (this isn’t a trial period).
If your product arrives damaged or defective, just contact us within 7 days—we’ll take care of the return or exchange.
Please note: items that have been opened or consumed can’t be returned unless there is a product defect.
