2. Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

• Exceeds the 7-day cooling-off period (this is not a trial period)
• Returns due to personal preference (taste, scent, texture, etc.)
• Incomplete, missing components, or damaged packaging
• Free gifts or bundles are not returned in full

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
For credit card payments, the amount will be credited back to your card.
5. Shipping Costs

• For returns due to personal reasons → Customers are responsible for return shipping.
